Silicon Nitride AFM Probes for Force Curve and Force Pulling Applications
HYDRA force pulling AFM probes are designed for force measurement applications in fluid. Their unique design features a very thin, low stress, rectangular (diving-board) silicon-nitride cantilever with a silicon tip. The extra-thin nitride lever provides a very low force constant and the silicon allows for a sharp tip with a radius of less than 10nm.
