NaugaNeedles metallic needle probes are available on a wide variety of cantilevers. The metal tip is a constant diameter cylinder, and attached at a 12 degree angle from the tip axis. Custom angles are available - contact us for details.

Electrically conductive high aspect ratio Needles can be made up to 100 µm long (contact us for custom specifications)
Needle diameter can be 50 nm - 500 nm (contact us for custom specifications)
